MegaFood Kids B Complex supports energy production and a healthy nervous system. We include a balanced complex of B vitamins, plus zinc, inositol, and L-theanine, in an easy-to-take mini-tablet.

Kids 5 and older, 1 tablet daily with a beverage. May be taken anytime throughout the day, even on an empty stomach.

Warnings
